Hi, I'm Katy 👋 Founder of Women & ADHD
ADHD Advocate, Coach, Podcast Host
Diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 45, I've made it my mission to help neurodivergent women learn to love their brains!
I help women sort through the overwhelm of a recent ADHD diagnosis so they can create strategies to help them live a more fulfilling, gratifying life!
I've spent the last 8 years coaching women to improve their mindset so they can finally recognize and lean into their gifts and abilities.
I can help you:
- learn more about your specific ADHD characteristics & traits
- articulate the "why" behind many of your unique executive functioning difficulties & obstacles
- develop support systems & strategies that will work for you & your unique brain
- establish a more peaceful relationship with food & your body
I'm an author & public speaker, as well as a certified holistic health coach (INHC) and a certified yoga instructor (200 hr RYT). I live in the Hudson Valley, NY, with my husband, two children, our dog, and two cats. Before coaching, I spent 15 years as a newspaper editor & designer. I'm currently pursuing an MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling ('26).
I'm also the host of the Women & ADHD podcast, ranked among the top 0.5% of all podcasts globally.

Katy is the most REAL and genuinely caring ADHD coach out there. Before I got to work with her as a coach, I could tell just from her podcast that she genuinely cares about helping women with ADHD, and that that is her #1 goal.
